HR Manager

Department: Human Resources & Global Compliance
Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana, India Experience: 6 – 10 Years

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Oversights end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF), performance evaluation systems, and internal/external quality management audits for our medical manufacturing unit.

  • Manage organizational policies, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise payroll processing, HR data reporting, and Saral PayPack management.
  • Prepare documentation for international ISO 13485 quality audits and labor compliance audits.

Orthopedic Design Engineer

Department: Product Design & Development (R&D)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the 3D modeling, technical drawing interpretation, and design control of orthopedic implants (locking plates, interlocking nails, trauma systems) made from medical-grade Titanium and Stainless Steel alloys.

  • Compile Design History Files (DHF) and Technical Dossiers as per ISO 13485 regulatory standards.
  • Utilize SolidWorks 3D CAD software for high-precision implant and instrument modeling.
  • Execute design verification, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance analysis for CNC manufacturing.

Medical Quality Control Inspector

Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

Perform rigorous dimensional and surface quality assessments on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished orthopedic implants using optical comparators, micro-calipers, and precision instruments.

  • Document non-conformance reports and maintain quality records in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
  • Examine surface finish, passivating quality, and functional alignment of surgical instruments.

Swiss-Type Sliding Head Machine Setter / Programmer

Department: Precision Production & CNC Machining

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Setup, operate, and program multi-axis (5-axis, 6-axis, and 7-axis) Fanuc controlled CNC Swiss-type sliding head machines dedicated to manufacturing high-precision cannulated screws, pedicle screws, and micro-implants.

  • Program complex multi-axis tooling paths for Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) and Stainless Steel 316L.
  • Optimize cycle times while maintaining micro-inch tolerances required for implantable medical devices.
  • Perform routine tool wear monitoring, offset adjustments, and preventative equipment maintenance.

CNC / VMC Milling & Lathe Machine Operators

Department: Manufacturing & Machining Division

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC vertical machining centers (VMC), precision milling units, and engine lathes to carry out high-precision turning, profiling, boring, chamfering, and metric/UNF thread tapping on implant components.

  • Execute precise machining procedures based on standard tooling instruction charts and blueprints.
  • Select appropriate cutting inserts, lubricants, and speeds for medical titanium and stainless steel grades.
  • Work within strict production tolerances to support global OEM manufacturing commitments.
